SRs associated with an EA has a numeric ID, while SRs associated with a SaaS Subscription has an alphanumeric ID. SaaS Subscriptions are displayed under the Entitlement/Organization ID column. On the Log Assist page, you can see your Support Requests (SRs) and whether they are associated with an Entitlement Account or a SaaS subscription. If there are no active EA or SaaS subscription, click Add to activate.
